Eva, the personal trainer at my gym, is absolutely amazing! She knows so much about different exercises, nutrition, and how the body works. She creates personalized workout plans that are perfect for each person's goals and abilities. Eva is really good at making sure you do exercises correctly so you don't get hurt and get the best results. She is always encouraging and makes every session fun. Training with Eva has been a game changer for me - I've gotten stronger and more fit, and I feel really confident. If you want a personal trainer who cares about you and helps you reach your goals, Eva is the best choice. I'm so happy I found her!

I recently visited Energy Fitness and I was pleasantly surprised by the new equipment and the cleanliness of the facility. As a regular gym-goer, I value a clean and well-maintained environment, and Energy Fitness certainly lived up to my expectations. The gym had recently upgraded their equipment, and it was a significant improvement from my last visit. The machines were modern, well-functioning, and catered to a variety of workout preferences. Whether it was the state-of-the-art cardio machines or the extensive range of weights, Energy Fitness had it all. The new equipment made my workout more enjoyable and efficient, allowing me to push myself further and achieve better results. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the facility was impeccable. The staff members were diligent in ensuring that the equipment and the gym floor were always clean and sanitized. The washrooms were spotless, and there was an abundance of sanitizing stations throughout the facility. I felt safe and comfortable working out in such a clean environment. Overall, Energy Fitness has done an excellent job in upgrading their equipment and maintaining a high level of cleanliness. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean and well-equipped workout space.

I visited a gym for the first time. One of the gym personnel trainers, Ieva Vitkute, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ieva's assistance was greatly appreciated and made my first visit to the gym much easier. I will definitely back workout with Ieva.

The staff there are friendly and professional, the gym is kitted out with wide range of equipment; most of it brand new. Currently they are running some very competitive promotional membership deals. Would highly recommend.

Energie Fitness Kilburn is a great gym! They've got boatloads of equipment, ranging from newer modern cable machines to older (less modern) gym equipment. The gym can get very busy during rush hours as people need to workout after work but there has always been option as to what exercises you can do as long as you're flexible in what machines you'd like to use! The people there are friendly and have great gym etiquette, cleaning up their bench/machine after use, very open to switching in and out, etc. There is a huge range of people, from newbies just starting out to meatheads lifting extreme weight. So you wont feel out of place as there's a huge spectrum of people.

Amazing place with great staff! Especially the amiable receptionist Eva. Super willing to show you around and help you out with getting started. Also, attended one of her lessons and found them very effective - ideal combination of strength and cardio - with an amazing attitude on behalf of the instructor!!

Very well equipped gym, albeit tightly packed. The general cleanliness and maintenance is great, but as with most commercial gyms, the customers let it down by not tidying up and wiping down after they're done. The staff seemed super helpful and friendly. Daniel in particular was very welcoming and more than happy to help throughout my visit. My only fault with the equipment is that the dumbbells are chaos. There's no order to them, and there seems to be a lack of availability of lower weights, making it hard to incrementally increase weight. From my one visit, it looked like the staff didn't seem to attempt to arrange them in order or re-rack them when they signed off on their check of the free weights area. The prices seem very reasonable, although some more affordable short term options would be great - £20 for the week is a bit steep.
